1. Definitions

  1. Order: An order made by the Client through the Platform.
  2. Client: An individual or legal entity placing an Order through the Platform.
  3. Driver: An employee (driver) of taxi-mar.com who will fulfill the Order.
  4. Agreement: The agreement between the Client and taxi-mar.com.
  5. Platform: Websites, applications, tools, and other equipment of taxi-mar.com and its partners where the Service is accessible.
  6. Service: Commercial services and/or activities provided to the Client by taxi-mar.com.
  7. taxi-mar.com: Taxi Mar Ltd., UIC 202232387, providing services through the managed website taxi-mar.com.

3. Applicability

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply only to the Service.
  2. By placing an Order, the Client enters into a direct Agreement with taxi-mar.com. The Client is bound by the Order and has no right of refund except in the case of Order cancellation within 48 hours of its approval for execution.

4. Agreement

  1. The Agreement is effective from the moment the Client finalizes the Order by clicking the "Buy Now" button during the Order placement process through the Platform.
  2. Upon receipt of the Order, taxi-mar.com will electronically confirm the Order to the Client upon approval.
  3. The Agreement can only be executed if the Client provides correct and complete contact information when placing the Order.

5. Termination of Agreement and Order Cancellation

  1. Client can cancel the Order within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  2. If the Client makes a fraudulent Order (e.g., by providing incorrect contact information, non-payment, or absence at the pickup location), taxi-mar.com reserves the right to refuse future Orders from such Client.

6. Payment

  1. At the time of entering into the Agreement in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions, the Client is obligated to pay for the Order. The Client may fulfill this payment obligation through an online payment method via the Platform.

7. Handling Complaints

  1. If the Client has a complaint regarding the Service or the Order, the complaint must be communicated through the contact form, via email, or regular mail to the customer service of taxi-mar.com, at the specified correspondence address under clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Upon receipt of the complaint by taxi-mar.com, the latter will respond as soon as possible, but no later than one week, with a confirmation of receipt. taxi-mar.com endeavors to process the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks.
  3. Complaints, as described in section 1 of this clause, must be submitted promptly after the Client has identified the deficiencies, be fully and clearly described, and submitted to taxi-mar.com.

8. Newsletter

  1. Upon placing an Order, the Client may subscribe to a newsletter. The Client can unsubscribe from this newsletter through the link provided within the newsletter itself or by contacting customer service using the contact details specified under 'Correspondence Address' in clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Review and Correction of Stored Personal Data

  1. taxi-mar.com will process personal data related to the Client. The processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy, available on the website together with the Terms and Conditions.

10. Applicable Law

  1. The invalidity or inapplicability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or applicability of other provisions. The content of these Terms and Conditions is governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  2. With each Order from taxi-mar.com, whether by phone, website, or mobile application, the Client confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
